Diabetes Prevention
Diabetes wreaks havoc on the body. It can lead to heart disease, stroke,
blindness, kidney disease, amputations, and sexual dysfunction.
Prediabetes, a condition of impaired glucose tolerance, precedes the
development of type II diabetes. Currently, 26% of American adults have
been diagnosed with prediabetes. In most cases this condition can be
eliminated by integrating new health decisions into one’s life. The
purpose of this program is to empower participants with the knowledge
and skills needed to make those decisions.

Cancer Prevention
Cancer is the second leading cause of death of adult Americans. This
program describes how cellular changes initiate abnormal cell growth,
explains predisposing factors that increase risk for the development of
cancer, and teaches lifestyle modification strategies to decrease
participant’s risk. Depending on the needs of your organization, any one
or combination of the following cancers can be incorporated into the
program. They represent, in descending order, the most common types
